I have a busy job and two kids, making workouts tough to schedule. Tony's workouts are just that, 45-55 min of muscle and cardio stress. If I can just get myself to show up to the DVD player in the basement, Tony takes care of the rest. I have a good week that balances excercise with everything else. The broad reach attachment allows him to do pull-ups with a wide position to his arms, a grip that he wouldn't be able to use otherwise.
